1. cancellation
Cancellation policy for "La Posada del Marques":
We understand that travel plans can change and we endeavour to offer flexibility to our guests. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to bookings at our hotel "La Posada del Marques":
Guests have the option to cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
(e.g. your arrival on 04.08.2024, free cancellation is possible up to and including 01.08.2024, 23.59 hrs)
For cancellations that are cancelled in good time, no cancellation fees will be charged and payments already made will be refunded in full.
Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date are subject to cancellation fees or that payments already made will not be refunded.
In case of no-show without cancellation, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of your planned arrival date, 48 hours will be charged from receipt of your cancellation.
(e.g. your arrival on 04.08.2024, you cancel on 04.08.2024 11:00 am, we charge your stay up to and including 06.08.2024 11:00 am. {check out until 11:30 am}).
e.g. your arrival on 04.08.2024, you cancel on 04.08.2024 12:00, we charge for your stay up to and including 07.08.2024 11:30. {check out until 11:30 am}).
*The above also applies to cancellations during your stay.

2. directions
Please note that Google Maps may lead you to the back entrance of our hotel, our main entrance is located next to our large circular guest car park, which you can find on Google Maps next to our pin. Please try to take the road to this car park, even if Google does not connect the road to the car park.
3. check-in and check-out:
Check- In: Your room is ready for occupancy from 2.00 pm. Would you like to check in earlier? Call us and ask about availability.
Check- Out: We ask our guests to vacate the room by 11.30 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to stay with us on the terrace or by the pool.
4. parking facilities:
You can park in our guest car park free of charge.
5. pet policy:
We only accept dogs for a fee of €25.00 per dog per night
6. accessibility:
Our finca is from the 16th century and unfortunately not barrier-free. All rooms are accessible via stairs. A lift is not permitted for reasons of monument protection.
7 Restaurant and dining options:
The Posada del Marques is a Bed & Breakfast until further notice, only breakfast is served. Each room has a minibar where you will find a selection of drinks and snacks for a fee.
You will also find (compostable) disposable crockery (for a fee).
All bookings include breakfast. Compensation is excluded if the service is not used.
Breakfast buffet from 08:00 - 11:00.
